Anna Elizabeth Sparks, aged 84, of Madison, AL, passed away on April 5, 2024. She was born on December 21, 1939, in Jemison, AL, to Walter Mims Wood and Alice Alleen Hollis. Anna earned an Associate's Degree from Motlow College and worked for Bellsouth in data entry and as a union steward. Anna was a loving mother to her two sons, Chuck Sparks and Michael Sparks, and her daughter, Debra Taylor. She was also a cherished grandmother to Mathew Taylor, Adam Sparks, Jeremy Sparks, and Leigh Anne Sparks, and a proud great-grandmother to many great-grandchildren. Anna was known for her kindness, humor, and dedication to her family and work. She made a significant impact on those around her through her advocacy and support at her workplace.

A private service will be held to honor Anna's life. Anna's legacy of love and strength will continue to inspire her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
