Etta Morris Obituary

Etta Louise Morris, age 88, of Madison, AL passed away on Sunday December 22, 2019 at a local hospital. Mrs. Morris was born in Peoria, IL to William Pearl and Goldie Brown Butler. She worked as a nurse in military camps.

Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her husband Loyd Al Morris; daughter Vicki Rushing and parents William and Goldie Butler.

She is survived by her son James Rushing of Washington; daughters Carolyn Rushing of Washington and Marilyn Harrison of Alabama; eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A joint memorial service for Mrs. Morris and her recently deceased daughter Vicki Rushing will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 6 pm at Hampton Cove Funeral Home. Hampton Cove Funeral Home is honored to assist the family.
