Floyd Allan Phillips, age 68 of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at his home. He was born on September 13, 1954 in Kentucky to Bracy and Kay Phillips. Floyd served in the United State Air Force and also United States Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bracy and Kay Phillips; one grandchild. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Brooke Phillips; brothers, Edwin William Phillips and Jeffrey Phillips.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Hampton Cove Funeral Home. The family will receive friends form 12:00 Noon until service time on Saturday at the funeral Home.
