Gisela Marianne Rodenbeck, age 80, of North Port, Florida, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville. Mrs. Rodenbeck is survived by 1 son, Eric William Rodenbeck (Nikki Leigh); 1 daughter, Kirsten Elizabeth Kennedy (Josh S.); 1 sister, Ingeborg Heinrich; and 4 grandchildren: Matthew Kennedy, Luke Kennedy, Andrew Kennedy, and Hugo Rodenbeck.

Gisela Marianne Dollase immigrated to the U.S. from Germany in 1960. She met her beloved husband, Karl H. Rodenbeck, at a dance in New York. They were married 37 wonderful years. Gisela was a cargo agent for Lufthansa Airlines before retiring in 2000. She traveled the world, and was always happy to return to Florida to go for walks on her beloved beach. She loved us all, and adored being Oma to her grandchildren.
