Howard Dwight Shelton, age 57 of Huntsville, passed away on February 11, 2023 at his home in Huntsville. Dwight was born on September 29, 1965 in Huntsville, Alabama to Howard G. and Patricia D. Yarbough Shelton. He loved to spend time with his friends watching football, telling jokes, fishing or tinkering with different things.

Dwight was preceded in death by his father, Howard G. Shelton; special friend, Judy Cobb. He is survived by his wife, Staci Shelton; children, Joseph (Christy) Hill, Jacob Shelton, Kristen (Dustin) Bacon and Jennifer Hill; sisters, Teresa Martin and Vanessa Upton; seven grandchildren.

The family has chooses cremation and will have a memorial service at a later date and time.
