Obituary
Kathy Duggan, age 58 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away peacefully on June 30, 2023. She was born in Huntsville, AL on March 26, 1965, to Claudia Lively (Fesmire) and David J Mednick. She graduated from Grissom High School, served in the Air Force (at Montgomery Air Force base) and later graduated from Athens State University earning her degree in accounting to become a CPA.
Kathy was loved by her family, and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her mother Claudia Lively and father David Mednick; daughter, Rachel Smith, two sons Austin Duggan and Josh Duggan; grandchild, Veronica Smith; sister Karen (Tom) Moulton; nephews, Dylan, Chase and Ty Moulton along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
"I am the light of the world, whoever follows me will never walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life" - John 8:12. The family will have a memorial for Kathy at a later date and time. In lieu of flowers of sympathy for the family, please donate to Disabled American Veterans or No kid Hungry.
