Nancy Carolyn (Allen) McKannan

Nancy Carolyn McKannan, age 85, of Huntsville, AL passed away Thursday 23, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. McKannan was born in Huntsville, AL to Clarence Young Allen and Elsie Mae Jones Allen.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Charles McKannan; son David Young McKannan and her parents Clarence Young Allen and Elsie Mae Jones Allen. She is survived by her sons Michael Allen McKannan and his wife Linda of Huntsville and Jonathon Bruce McKannan and his wife Lisa of Huntsville; daughters Regina Ramsey and her husband Terry of Arab and Debra Campbell and her husband Tony of Grant; brother John Robert Allen and his wife Judy of Georgia; sisters Janet Calhoun of Arab, Mary Elizabeth Tillery of Huntsville, Ellen Pike and her husband Bill of North Carolina and June Hubbard of Northport; eleven grandchildren and six great grand-children.

Visitation for Mrs. McKannan will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Hampton Cove Funeral Home from 4 to 8 pm. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at University Church of the Nazarene at 11 am with the Rev. Richard Prince officiating. Pallbearers will be Jason England, Daniel England, Ryan McKannan, Travis Holloman, Jonathon McKannan, Graeme McKannan, Zachary Ramsey and Bryon England. Mrs. McKannan will be buried at Hampton Cove Cemetery next to her husband Eugene Charles McKannan.
