Nellie Mae (Sims) Tate passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Holmes, and her father, Leroy Sims, 2 brothers and 2 sisters, her loving husband of 39 years, Tom Tate, Sons: Thomas, Phil, Tony, and son-in-law, Greg.  She is survived by daughters: Rita, Sandy, and Brenda; Sons: David and Ronald. 2 step-sons, 2 step-daughters, a host of Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many nephews...
