Obituary
Phyllis Filpi, age 77 of Owens Cross Roads, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 12, 1945 in Italy to Carmine Petrecca and Marietta Biondi Petrecca. She attended Holy Spirit Catholic Church and loved being with her family. She enjoyed traveling and cooking.
Mrs. Filpi was preceded in death by her parents, Carmine and Marietta Petrecca. She is survived by her husband, Jack Filpi; son Anthony Filpi; daughter Laura Fritter; sisters, Dolores Notte and Rose Cicchino; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be conducted on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Father Mike will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass on Monday, April 10, 2023.
