Ralph Wilson Wyke

Ralph Wilson Wyke passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 77. Ralph enlisted in the army and served 21 years, retiring as a 1st Sargent. He did 2 tours in Vietnam as a combat medic specialist, which earned him several service medals and combat awards,to include: 2 Purple Hearts, the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Vietnam Gallantry CrossUnit Citation w/Palm, the Army Combat Medal and the Combat Medical Badge, to name a few.

Ralph was a loving and devoted husband and father, His favorite past time was spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Wanita Wyke, his brother, Carl Wyke, and his sister, Carolyn McMullen. He leaves behind his wife, Linda Wyke, his son, Robert Wyke (Karen), his daughter, Carin Naughton (John) and 4 grandchildren, Catherine Naughton, Hannah Naughton, Braeden Wyke, and Sloane Wyke and his sisters, Jackie Hess and Sandy Casteel.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 10 at 2 pm with visitation for the family from 1:30 until 2 pm. at Hampton Cove Funeral Home Chapel.

The family requests that any donations be made to the American Heart Association.
