Terry Lynn Dixon, or as he was known to his friends and loved ones, Cedaria Rion, has left the building ladies and gentlemen; and what a show he put on while he was here! Born on April 3, 1968, in the charming town of Crystal City, MO, Cedaria spent his 55 years lighting up every room he entered with his infectious laugh and warm spirit, until his final curtain call on October 26, 2023, in Huntsville, AL. Cedaria was a man who lived life like it was a comedy show, always ready with a punchline and a smile. He was a friendly soul, the kind of person who never met a stranger, only friends he hadn’t made laugh yet. His humor was as contagious as his love for life, and he shared both generously. Cedaria was not only a comedian at heart but also a loving husband to his partner in crime, Van Wright. Their love story was the stuff of fairy tales, filled with laughter, adventure, and a never-ending supply of inside jokes. Together, they created a world that was as funny and friendly as Cedaria himself. Although he has exited stage left for the final time, Cedaria's spirit lives on in the hearts of those he touched with his love and laughter. His memory will continue to inspire, reminding us all to live life with a sense of humor, a loving heart, and a friendly smile. Cedaria Rion, you were the life of the party, and the party won't be the same without you. Here's to you, Terry Lynn Dixon, the man who taught us that laughter really is the best medicine. Bravo on a life well-lived, and curtain down.
Terry is survived by his husband, Van Wright, as well as his two sons, two stepdaughters, 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. A visitation for Mr. Dixon will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Hampton Cove Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm., and A celebration of Life will be held for Cedaria Rion at Maggie Myers Irish Pub on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
