General Price List

The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

This is the basic charge for our professional services. It includes, but is not limited to, a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses and business expense necesary to serve the public in a professional manner. Also included in this charge is the funeral consultation with the family, clerical and administrative services, preparation of and filing the necessary permits, insurance papers, planning the funeral and/or memorial service and placement of the obituary notices. There will be an additional charge for the direction and supervision of each service requested or required. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select, (this fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burial and forwarding or receiving remains

Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however if you select certain funeral arrangements, such a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose and arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial

Without ceremony and with us providing alternative container.

This service includes the basic services of Funeral Director and administrative staff; a proportionate share of overhead cost; removal of the deceased from the place of death within a 35 mile radius; family identification; transportation to the crematory; necessary authorizations; crematory fee; standard temporary urn.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are a fiberboard container.

(This service does not include: embalming or other preparation of the remains; use of facilites for viewing, funeral service; no merchandise selected, such as cremation caskets, Memorial package with personalization. Cash advance items are third party charges such as death certificates, newspaper obituaries, opening and closing of the grave, flowers etc.)

With Casket provided by purchaser

This service includes the basic services of the Funeral Director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; a proportionate share of overhead cost; removal of the deceased from the place of death within a 35 mile radius; sanitary care of the remains, transportation of the deceased to the cemetery for burial.

(This service does not include: embalming or other preparation of the deceased; refrigeration, viewing or use of the facilities for viewing or a funeral service; merchandise selected such as a casket, memorial package, cash advances, vault or opening and closing of grave).

This service includes the basic services of the Funeral Director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead cost; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer; removal of the remains from the place of death within a 35 mile radius; transportation to cemetery or crematory or common carrier with air tray and/or combo shipping container; embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains.

(This service does not include: other prepartaion of the remains, dressing casketing, cosmetizing, and hair care; casket or alternative container; viewing or visitation; service; automotive equipment, except as specifically set forth above; cash advances, merchandise selected or other funeral director charges; taxes or other additional services).
